I love so many of your videos, but I will pick Northwest Passage as my favorite because it was my introduction to your remarkable voice.

My fiance and I are deeply appreciative of your music. We happened upon your music while I was introducing him to Stan Rogers. We loved your version of Northwest Passage and Barret's Privateers. This was a few years ago. Since then we have kept up with your music, and hope to someday venture up to see you in person. Thank you for all of your contributions and being a true bard.

Hi Jesse, it's very difficult to choose just one video, you have posted so many and I love so many of them. But if I have to choose it's sure going to be one of your original songs and it's "Willie of the Glass Tongue (original)". So beautiful and with your deep and warm voice. Cheers. Difficult choice, because you've got such a large archive of goodsters. That said, Now Westlin Winds is probably my favorite - besides the fact that I love the song, I think that it really suits your vocal range and showcases your ability to sing and play guitar together pretty well.

These are my favorite: Whiskey in the Jar, Leaving of Liverpool, The Jolly Beggar, Black and Tan, and Streets of London. These are the ones I have listened to the most. You a talent for folk singing, and I especially like when you use mandolin and the harmonica. Been a fan of your stuff for 3 years. Keep it up!

Hey Jesse, big fan. My favorite of your videos is Loch Lomond, which I have personally worked on for years to capture the greatness of your voice. Your slides are masterful in that one. Thanks for all this, studying you has been a big part of my music practice for a long time.

Hi Jesse! I've been following you for so many years, I can hardly count them. I have so many favorite videos of yours, but a recent favorite is "So Long, Cape Breton," which, more than a beautiful song, made me really want to visit Cape Breton. :D

Favorite BardofCornwall/Jesse Ferguson video? Probably the original St. Anne's Reel, though the new one is of better quality - that video got me into your channel, and began a broadening of my folk music horizons waaay back in 2007. Looking forward to the blog!

My favorites are Queen of Argyll, House of the Rising Sun and Red Is the Rose. I say that, but in looking to see my favorites I listened to Planxty Fanny Power because I didn't recognize it, and I like that a lot too. It's harder than I thought to pick; it'd be easier to name the ones that I find just okay. heh.

I LOVED the older version of " Wayfarin' Stranger" ; the one of you sitting on the floor in your kitchen. It was perfect. It was personal and almost too intimate to watch, it filled me with awe.

The first song that comes to mind, and I'm sure this is the one that I've watched the most often, is the live version of "Skye Boat Song," with a kilt and a guitar. I loved the melody, and I didn't really know it before (though since seeing yours I think I've listened to more than a dozen other versions), even though I knew its title as a commonly sung and recorded "Scottish" song. I don't like your rerecording as well. However, the song of yours that I've actually learned to sing is "Snowball Earth," and I was really more than a bit surprised by its album of non-trad songs. Then I got your book of poetry--you really are a fine writer, as well as everything else! But I loved the science/fiction, the use of the scientific theory as metaphor in "Snowball Earth"--I even sang it to a music circle at a local science fiction convention.

Caledonia was one of my absolute favorites. Exquisite and haunting. Also, no longer posted. Why? The sadness. Also, Jesse's take on Fields of Athenry is the best. Also, no longer posted. However, Nancy Whisky is still posted. It rocks. It's my cheer-up jam. Also, other songs. You rock Jessie Ferguson. I wish all the best to you and yours and thank you for sharing your talent with the world. Tour Texas. It's warmer than Canada.

"Massacre of Glencoe", I've lost the count on how many times I've heard it. After so much thinking, finally I gave it the first place, but I did bear in mind "Johnny, I Hardly Knew Ye" and "These Are My Mountains" (despite of the blowing wind, I really love it).

Hi, I'm new to your You Tube channel and have only heard a handful of songs so far, although all have moved me, driven as they are by your voice, which speaks louder than the words themselves (if you know what I mean). So I'm going to go with the song that took me to your channel in the first place, "The Foggy Dew".
